I love the different colours of the lights, and the way the fence is silhouetted , the only suggestion I could make would be to have taken it with the camera a little higher, so the crosses in the fence were in front of the lights.
The difference in the focus, with the lights in the extreme background works really really well.
Whether it was intentional or not, I think that one dim red light in the upper-left really makes the picture. It just sits there, set apart from all the other lights.

Thank you so much, Josh. I would have put them in the center, but, I could barely see where they were ending up in the first place, but, yeah, it would definitely be better with them in the center.
As for the red circle, I was aware of it, it was not intentional, I was going to remove it with Photoshop, then I decided not to change anything on the photo and submit it raw. I had hoped it would be dim enough not to be distracting. But if you think it helps, I won't worry about it.
